The Ritual Farewell at a glance
- You will be supported by an experienced funeral arranger with understanding of Hindu and Sikh traditions, who will guide you through the arrangements.
- The package includes family‑led ritual wash and dress, carried out with dignity in our dedicated family care room, with support from our expert team.
- You will have up to one hour in our private chapel of rest for quiet reflection and prayer.
- The funeral concludes with a cremation without a service, ceremony, or guests present.
- We work closely with local crematoria to ensure arrangements respect cultural and faith requirements.
- Our care and support remain available before and after the cremation, should you need guidance or reassurance.
Some important things to consider
- If you would like to have a funeral with family and friends in attendance, this is not possible with the Ritual Farewell. Please see The Together Service for this option.
- We will not be able to inform you of the time or date of the cremation. As above, if this is something you’d like to know, please see The Together Service.

A family‑led farewell shaped around Hindu or Sikh traditions. This service includes ritual wash and dress, dedicated time in our chapel of rest, and a funeral service where family and friends can attend to honour their loved one in line with their faith.
Memorials
Commemorate your loved one's life with a Memorial to keep their memory alive. Choose from a variety of options, from headstones, urns to memorial plaques, vases, benches, statues, jewellery, and more, allowing you to create something special that reflects their life, love, and cherished memories.

There are certain third party costs that you may need to pay for your loved one’s funeral to go ahead. These can include crematoria costs and fees for a minister or celebrant.
If you need to pay any of these costs, your funeral arranger will liaise with the necessary third parties and make any required external payments on your behalf. We will also manage and distribute all associated paperwork and documentation.
